Damages, exchanges and returns

Can I return items and get a refund?
Yes you can, as long as you adhere to Shrig Shop's returns policy. Read more about making a return here. 

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved for a refund, it takes up to 10 business days for the money to be refunded to your card. 

Can I exchange my item for something else?
Yes you can. The easiest way to do this is by visiting our shop in Copenhagen (address at the bottom of the website). You can do this even if you made the original purchase online. Please remember to bring proof of purchase.

To exchange an item by post, first return your original item and wait for the return to be approved. Once the return has been approved, we will email you with a code so you can use the credit from the old item to buy a new one. Shrig Shop does not cover the shipping cost of returning items.  Read more about making returns here.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We’re very sorry that your poster has arrived damaged. We do everything we can to ensure they reach you in perfect condition however this can still happen in 1-2% of cases. Please take photographs of your order, clearly showing the damage. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please also photograph this and email us: info@shrigleyshop.com.
