Refund policy


Shrig Shop has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or refund.

Cancelling your order

  • To cancel your order before we ship it, you must notify us of the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order at info@shrigleyshop.com.
  • For orders over €250, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the transaction fees incurred to issue the refund.
  • Shrig Shop reserves the right to refuse and refund an order without giving a reason.

Returns

  • To return something, either bring it to our shop in Copenhagen or contact us at info@shrigleyshop.com within 30 days of receiving it.
  • When you email us, let us know if you want a refund or if you want to exchange the item for something else.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Returns must be sent to our packing room in Copenhagen. We will advise you of the address when we process your return.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned in saleable condition.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you within 5 business days if the refund is approved.
  • If the refund is approved, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase. It takes up to 10 days for the payment to be refunded.
  • For orders over €250, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged in order to cover the transaction fees incurred to issue the refund
  • If your package is returned to us because you did not collect it from a pickup point or because you refused to pay import fees, outward and return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted before your refund is issued

Damaged and defective items

  • If you receive your item damaged or defective, or it is the wrong item, please get in touch: info@shrigleyshop.com.
  • Please include photographs of the damaged goods when you email.
