The packaging is secure so the products are kept safe during delivery and the paper they are printed on are durable and high quality. The most amazing customer service. I don't think I have ever had such a positive online experience with an international company ... when there was a problem with the carrier, Shrig Shop offered to send out a replacement free of charge to my friend in Australia as the delay meant that she had already left the UK.
