Can I visit Shrig Shop in Copenhagen?
Yes we have a very nice shop in the charming French Quarter of Vesterbro located at Tullinsgade 3, and we would be very happy to see you! You can find our opening hours at the bottom of the homepage.

Does Shrig Shop ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries in the world except Russia and certain Pacific island territories. If you are in a location where we do not ship you can always contact us and we can see if it's possible to find a solution for you. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

When will you ship my order?
Please allow at least 7-9 business days for your order to be processed, packed and sent to you. During busy periods it may take longer but we will do our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent. All products ordered from Shrig Shop will be sent to you via a secure courier service unless you have selected Postnord untracked shipping for smaller orders.

What courier services do you use?
You can chose from a number of different carriers that we work with to deliver our orders: DHL Express, GLS and Postnord.

Can I return items and get a refund?
Yes you can, as long as you adhere to Shrig Shop's returns policy. To read in more detail how to make a return, click here

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved for a refund, it will take up to 10 business days to received the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
Can I exchange my item for something else?
You can exchange an item for something else. The easiest way to do this is at the shop in person with a valid receipt. To exchange via post, it is recommended first you return your original item and wait for the return to be approved. Once approved you can order the new item knowing that you will receive a refund. Shrig Shop does not cover the cost to return items by post.

I have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, what should I do?
If you receive your item defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to correct this for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Shrig Shop does not currently offer gift wrapping but we will make your order will arrive nicely packed and well-protected.

Why can't I buy Shrig Shop wine if I am based in the US?
Sadly, it is not possible for us to ship our Shrig to the US due to the national alcohol importation laws that prohibits us from doing so.
