Who is behind Shrig Shop?
Shrig Shop was founded by artist David Shrigley and gallery owner Nicolai Wallner in 2021. Shrig Shop is run by director Olivia Cerio and a small team of passionate people. We pack your orders personally and we’re just as much into David’s work as you are!

Can I visit Shrig Shop in Copenhagen?
Yes, you can! We have a very nice shop in the charming French Quarter of Vesterbro and we would be very happy to see you there! You can find the address and opening hours at the bottom of this website.

Does Shrig Shop ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries, except Russia and certain Pacific Island territories. If you’re in a location where we do not ship you can always contact us and we can see if it's possible to find a solution for you. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

When will you send my order?
In most cases we pack and send your order within 3 business days of receiving it. At peak times (e.g. in the run up to Christmas) it can take us up to 5 business days.

How do you send my order?
Most orders are sent by courier: GLS in Denmark, UPS for Europe, DHL for the rest of the world. Orders sent by courier are tracked.

For small orders, there’s also the option to use PostNord (the Danish national postal service) for most locations. Orders sent with PostNord are untracked.

How do I track my order?
If you choose to have your item delivered by courier, you’ll get an email with a tracking link once your package is sent. Small orders sent with PostNord are untracked.

How long does shipping take?
Courier shipping usually takes 2 - 5 days from when the package leaves us to when it arrives at its destination. 

PostNord shipping varies according to location: 3-5 days in Europe, 6-10 days for the rest of the world.

Can I return items and get a refund?
Yes you can, as long as you adhere to Shrig Shop's returns policy. Read more about making a return here. 

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved for a refund, it takes up to 10 business days for the money to be refunded to your card. 

Can I exchange my item for something else?
Yes you can. The easiest way to do this is by visiting our shop in Copenhagen (address at the bottom of the website). You can do this even if you made the original purchase online. Please remember to bring proof of purchase.

To exchange an item by post, first return your original item and wait for the return to be approved. (Read more about making returns here.) Once the return has been approved, we will email you with a code so you can use the credit from the old item to buy a new one. Shrig Shop does not cover the shipping cost of returning items.

I have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, what should I do?
If you receive your item damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please get in touch right away at info@shrigleyshop.com. We will review the issue and do everything we can to correct it.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Shrig Shop does not currently offer gift wrapping but your order always arrives nicely packed and well-protected.

Why can't I buy Shrig Shop wine if I am based in the US?
Sadly, it is not possible for us to ship alcohol to the US, due to import laws that prohibit us from doing so.

Why do limited edition prints cost more than posters?
Prints are published in limited editions, usually 100 or 125. Each print is individually numbered and signed by the artist. Limited editions are printed using the screen-printing method, which you can read more about here.

Posters are usually published in an unlimited edition and sold on an ongoing basis. Occasionally we publish a limited edition poster series, which are sold unsigned and unnumbered. Posters are digitally printed.
