Who is behind Shrig Shop?
Shrig Shop was founded by artist David Shrigley and gallery owner Nicolai Wallner in 2021. Shrig Shop is run by director Olivia Cerio and a small team of passionate people. We pack your orders personally and we’re just as much into David’s work as you are!

Can I visit Shrig Shop in Copenhagen?
Yes, you can! We have a very nice shop in the charming French Quarter of Vesterbro and we would be very happy to see you there. You can find the address and opening hours at the bottom of this website.

Can I resell your posters in my physical shop, online on my website or on Etsy?

When will I receive an answer to my email?
We work 09:30 - 16:00 on weekdays and aim to reply to you within 1 business day. We do not work weekends, so if you email us after 16:00 on a Friday, we will get back to you the following Monday. 

My card was charged but my order didn’t go through - what do I do?
Payments are usually rejected because the information you’ve provided doesn’t match what is registered with your card issuer. In this case, your bank has taken the money from your account and will return it in a few days. This happens automatically and the time it takes varies from bank to bank. If you don’t see the money back on your account in a few days’ time, please get in touch with your bank directly.

Revolut and Monzo payments fail more often than those from more established banks. If you have trouble with cards from one of these banks, please try with PayPal instead.

My gift card won't work - what do I do?
Double check you are entering your online gift card code into the right box. This is found in the Checkout page, not the Cart page. Check the code itself is correct. If your gift card is still not working then contact us and we will help.
