US Tariffs
If your order is being delivered to the USA, you may be liable for import fees (known as tariffs) before your order is delivered. Here's some important information about this:
- Danish VAT of 25% (5% on screenprints) is deducted at checkout and you may have to pay more or less in import tariffs
- Posters and postcards are classified as "informational materials", which means they are usually excepted from tariffs -- however we cannot guarantee this
- For other products made in Europe or the UK, you will pay a tariff of at least 15% of the value of the goods
- For products made in China, you will pay a higher tariff, usually 50-100% of the value of the goods
- In addition to fees charged by the US government, the courier charges a $17 handling fee for any order that attracts tariffs
We strongly recommend you look up the tariff rates for the state you are shipping to before you make your purchase. If you refuse the package, it will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct outbound and return shipping and any handling fees before issuing a refund.
