Can I return items and get a refund?
Yes you can. Find out how to make a return here. 

How long does it take to receive a refund?
We process returns within 5 business days of receiving them. Once a return has been approved for a refund, it takes up to 10 days for the money to be refunded to your card. 

Can I exchange my item for something else?
Yes you can. The easiest way to do this is by visiting our shop in Copenhagen (address at the bottom of the website). You can exchange goods there even if you made the original purchase online. Please bring proof of purchase.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We’re very sorry that your goods arrived damaged. We do everything we can to ensure things reach you in perfect condition; however damages do occasionally happen.

Please take photographs of your order, clearly showing the damage. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please also photograph this and email us: info@shrigleyshop.com.
