Will I have to pay customs charges and/or import fees on my package?
We are based in Denmark so orders within the EU do not attract customs charges or import fees. Find information about import fees and charges to other countries here.

Does Shrig Shop ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries around the world. We do not ship to the following countries: Bahrain, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Sudan, United Arab Emirates.

If you are based in Norway or the Isle of Man, you can buy posters through our Etsy shop.

If you’re in one of the other countries listed above, get in touch and we'll see if we can find a shipping solution with you.

When will you send my order?
We aim to send your order within 3 business days of receiving it. At peak times (e.g. in the run up to Christmas) it can take us up to 5 business days. Check your order confirmation for the most accurate timeframe.

How do you send my order?
Most orders are sent by courier: GLS in Denmark, DHL and UPS everywhere else. Orders sent by courier are tracked.

For small orders, there’s also the option to use DAO (the Danish postal service) for most locations. Orders sent with DAO are untracked and take longer to arrive.

How do I track my order?
If you choose to have your item delivered by courier, you’ll get an email with a tracking link once your package is sent. Orders sent with DAO are untracked.

How long does shipping take?
Courier shipping usually takes 2 - 5 days from when the package leaves us to when it arrives at its destination. DAO shipping varies according to location: 2-4 weeks in Europe, 4-8 weeks to the rest of the world. Estimates are given with each shipping option on the checkout page.

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
If your order is small and only contains flat items, it can be posted to a PO Box using DAO. For larger orders sent by courier, you must provide a street address.
