Returns
If you want to exchange or return one or more products please read our Returns Policy here for instructions. We do not accept return packages sent to package boxes, they must be sent to the shop address:

Return cost and responsibility lies with the customer until it is received. We process return packages as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 14 days before your return is processed. You will receive an email with confirmation when your return is approved.

If your package is returned to us because you did not collect it from a pickup point or because you refused to pay import fees, outward and return shipping costs will be deducted before your refund is issued

Price Policy
Prices are shown in EUR. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%, except artworks which include 5% artist VAT. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery. Orders delivered outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes and / or import duties at your own expense.

Shrig Shop reserves the right to change the prices of the products. The prices of the products will be valid throughout the process during the order period. However, we make reservations for typos.

Sizing
All measurements are approximate and variation may occur. Please keep average size in mind and note that +/- 1 cm on each measurement may occur.

Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after you place your order. In rare cases, items may be sold out. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

Shipping
Read our full shipping policy here. All shipment are sent with a secure courier and a tracking number, unless you have selected shipping without tracking. It can take up to 3-4 working days before your orders are shipped. Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends and holidays. 

If a delivery suffers from a delay, or if an item happens to be sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays can occur during sales, very busy periods, holidays and severe weather conditions.

International Duty and Tax
Customers with orders being shipped outside of the EU may incur additional import fees when their package enters the destination country. Shrig Shop removes tax from non-EU orders at the checkout so it is the customer's responsibility to pay any duty and import taxes they may incur separately. For UK orders, this tax deduction only applies to orders over €156, in accordance with new tax regulation introduced on 1 January 2021. Orders under the value of €156 include tax and will not incur additional import fees.

Disclaimer
Shrig Shop does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item for any reason is not available, Shrig Shop will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.

Shrig Shop reserves the right to refuse and refund any customer, without needing to give a reason for doing so.

Privacy Policy
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. Shrig Shop will never give any of your personal information to third parties. All information is encrypted for security reasons. Read more about our privacy policy here.

Cookies
Cookies are used by shrigshop.com to improve your experience when you browse and use the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the website to remember your personal settings. shrigshop.com may not work properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser. Age Limits
Parental or guardian consent is required for clients under 18 years of age. The conditions of use are complied with in accordance with Danish law, and the Danish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Lotteries
Product lotteries are time sensitive, and will be open on a set time and date. If you choose to enter a product lottery, you must therefore do so within the given timeframe or your entry will not be considered.

If you choose to enter a product lottery, you will receive an email receipt indicating we have accepted your form. This is not a confirmation that you have successfully been chosen to make an order. 

If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and information as how to complete your order. If we are unable to accommodate your order you will not receive a confirmation email or any other notification from us.

If we are able to accommodate your order, to successfully complete this order you must follow the payment instructions and timeline. If you fail to follow the instructions/miss the payment window, your order will be cancelled. Shrig Shop is not responsible for any failed or incomplete orders.

Paying in Instalments
We offer the possibility to pay for certain limited edition prints and unique works in instalments. Payments are split into two instalments paid 2 months apart.

Customers should apply the code INSTALMENT#1 in the checkout to pay the first 50% instalment and secure the work. We will then send a link for the remaining amount, to be paid before a specified date 2 month later.

We do not charge any extra for this option, but please note a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any cancelled purchases. Failure the pay the second instalment by the payment deadline will result in cancellation of the order. Customers will be refunded minus the 10% cancellation fee.
