Find information below about Christmas and New Year ordering deadlines. Our online store is always open, however our hard-working team will take a little break over the winter holiday. Here are the details you need to know:

To get your stuff before Christmas
The latest you can place your order if you want it to arrive by Christmas is Friday 12 December. This is for all orders worldwide.

Orders placed Sat 13 Dec - Tues 16 Dec
If you place an order during this period, we will aim to send it out before Christmas and it will arrive after Christmas.

Orders placed Wed 17 Dec 2024 - Sun 4 Jan 2025
If you place an order during this period, we will pack and send it from 5 January when we re-open after the winter holidays. We receive many orders during this period, so it may take a week or two for your order to be packed and shipped.

One last thing: our team will be on holiday from 20 Dec - 4 Jan inclusive. During this time we will not respond to emails. If you email us in this period, we'll get back to you as soon as we can after 5 Jan 2025.

COPENHAGEN SHOP

Our shop in Copenhagen is open until Sat 20 Dec 2025 and then closed during the holidays. We re-open on Weds 7 Jan 2026.
