Our online store is always open and our lovely hard-working team will take a little break over the winter holiday. Here's what you need to know about Christmas and New Year ordering deadlines:

To get your stuff before Christmas
The latest you can place your order if you want it to arrive by Christmas is Saturday 14 December. This is for all orders worldwide.

Orders placed Sun 15 Dec - Thurs 19 Dec
If you place an order during this period, we will aim to send it out before Christmas and it will arrive after Christmas.

Orders placed Fri 20 Dec 2024 - Sun 5 Jan 2025
If you place an order during this period, we will pack and send it from 6 January when we re-open. We receive many orders during this period, so it may take a week or two for your order to be processed.

One last thing: the team will be on holiday from 21 Dec - 5 Jan inclusive. During this time we will not respond to emails. If you email us in this period, we'll get back to you as soon as we can after 6 Jan 2025.

COPENHAGEN SHOP

Our shop in Copenhagen is open until 21 December and then closed during the holidays. We re-open on 8 January 2025.
